Patient Experience Manager
Lisa has an energetic personality who loves helping others and seeing them succeed! Her role as a Patient Experience Coordinator is to ensure patients are comfortable and informed and to provide a painless process for scheduling and reaching their recovery goals. Lisa prepared for college by taking every available math and science class and entering all UIL competitions, bringing home the gold medal in Physics!
She earned her Bachelor’s of Science in Child Development and Family services from the University of North Texas with additional degrees in Biology and Psychology. Lisa has always had a strong desire to be of service to others and works daily to be a positive influence. Her education and career path have enabled her to be instrumental in helping others achieve their goals and reach success.
Curious by nature, Lisa enjoys reading and learning about everything! As a mother of 3 boys, ages 25, 20, and 11; she finds joy in all outdoor activities.
Her innate curiosity has led her and her sons on many fantastic adventures from dirt biking and boating to museum tours and new dining experiences. Currently a dedicated “baseball mom”, she takes pride in watching her youngest grow in his passion. When not at a baseball game, you will most likely find her at the lake or curled up with a new book!
