Physical Therapy of Melissa’s mission is to assist and educate the residents of Melissa and surrounding communities in living a healthy, active lifestyle, free from pain or physical limitations, through compassionate, individualized, and exemplary results-based physical therapy services.

As a neighbor to the Melissa High School, we stay involved in local activities, especially those supporting our local schools and community neighbors. We enjoy giving back to our neighbors and friends.

You may have seen us at the Melissa Ridge Race in the spring where we celebrated each of the nearly 300 runners at the finish line and provided water and electrolytes to keep them healthy and safe. Our sponsorship helps support the middle school programs provided by the PTSO.

One of our favorite events of the year are the UIL Physicals provided by the Melissa Booster Club and Anna High School Each year for over five years, we have helped check the physical health of student athletes and band members as required by the University Interscholastic League. In 2018 we participated with other health care providers in testing approximately 500 Melissa ISD students and raising nearly $7,400 for the Booster Club to put back into school activities and programs.

Participating in the annual Anna GlowFest each October gets us out of the clinic where we can meet our neighbors and enjoy the sight of hot air balloons in the evening. It gets our juices flowing!
