Bethany Lester, PT

Bethany’s expertise is wide-ranging, with certifications in dry needling and Graston techniques, and extensive experience with the McKenzie method. Her holistic approach includes activity modification, continuous education, and a focus on muscle strength and biomechanics, all aimed at restoring her patients to their favorite activities and improving their quality of life.

Outside of her professional life, Bethany is a fitness enthusiast who enjoys gym workouts, outdoor adventures, travel, horseback riding, and shopping. Her commitment to health and an active lifestyle inspires her work and her patients.

After many years in large, hospital-based clinics, Bethany joined PTM to embrace a smaller, more patient-focused environment. This change allows her to provide the personalized care and attention each patient deserves, reinforcing her commitment to their well-being.

Dr Colby Boyko PT, DPT

Physical Therapist

Meet Dr. Colby, a dedicated Physical Therapist with a passion for exercise, movement, and overall health. Born and raised in Texas, he ventured to California to earn his Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Loma Linda University, only to return home with a mission to make a difference in his community.

Colby’s firsthand experience with the benefits of Physical Therapy has equipped him with a unique perspective and a profound sense of empathy.

In 2014, he tore his Achilles tendon, causing him to miss the first half of his sophomore year as a competitive cheerleader at University of Texas Arlington . During this challenging time, he became a patient of physical therapy. With the assistance of physical therapy, he not only returned to his sport that season but continued to compete thereafter.

This pivotal experience also prompted him to switch his major from a business track to a physical therapy route. Through this personal journey of recovery, he has gained an intimate understanding of the transformative process, enabling him to establish deeper connections with his patients.

Beyond the clinic, Colby channels his energy into coaching competitive cheerleading and cherishing moments with friends. Always hungry for self-improvement, he constantly seeks growth opportunities to enhance his skills and provide exceptional care to his patients. Join Colby on his journey to empower others and help them live their best lives!
