Dr. Pamela Berner, PT, DPT,
Physical Therapist,
Clinical Director,
Vestibular & Concussion Specialist

Pam was born and raised in Jarrettsville, Maryland, a small town much like Melissa. She received her Bachelors Degree in Exercise Science from McDaniel College in Western Maryland. She went on to earn her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of Maryland at Baltimore, during which time she met her husband, Matthew. Upon graduation, she began working in an outpatient physical therapy facility in her hometown. Pam and her husband relocated to Texas in 2014, where she joined the team at Physical Therapy of Melissa. She has a particular interest in geriatrics, as she enjoys helping the aging maintain their independence.
In 2016 Pam completed Emory University’s high-level training in the treatment of most dizziness and balance disorders. Pam’s vestibular (dizziness) therapy helps patients with balance disorders caused by inner ear conditions. To compliment the vestibular therapy, she has also completed specialized training in concussion management.

Pamela enjoys scrapbooking, reading, and metalsmithing in her free time. She is excited to be a part of the Physical Therapy of Melissa team, working to improve the quality of life of those in our community.
